Wash mushrooms and cut in half or quarters if they are large. Place mushrooms in a large zip close bag,
pour two tablespoons of olive oil, and sprinkle in a generous amount of Miners Mix Steak Rub. Skewer and
grill, or place in a grill basket over about 325 degree heat on your grill. Turn occasionally and grill until
done; when mushrooms are soft, juicy and somewhat golden brown.
